Terms
The short version.
AcroZig is built and operated by Spergs, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. Last updated: 2026-05-20.
Who you're agreeing with
"AcroZig", "we", and "us" mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "The service" means the AcroZig marketing site at acrozig.com, the game web app at play.acrozig.com, and the server they connect to.
By using the service, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't, please don't use the service.
No accounts
AcroZig has no account system. You play by entering a display name and a join code. There's nothing to register, no password to set, and nothing for someone to "log into". Your identity inside a lobby is whatever display name you typed in, and that's all anyone else in the lobby sees.
Who can play
You need to be at least 13 years old to use AcroZig. If you're under 18, you also need a parent or guardian to be okay with you using the service.
The game involves user-submitted text. We don't pre-moderate submissions; the people in your lobby do. Treat everything you see in a lobby as user content from the people you're playing with, not from us.
What you can't do
Don't use AcroZig to:
- Submit or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. We will report you to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Make credible threats of violence against people or property, or use the service to coordinate harm against a specific person or group.
- Harass, dox, or stalk other players. The lobby is small; if a host kicks you for being a jerk, that's the host's call.
- Try to compromise the service (scraping, exploiting bugs to crash other lobbies, spamming the WebSocket, etc.). Personal-curiosity poking around the protocol is fine; weaponising what you find is not.
- Use automated bots to play as a fake user, vote-rig, or otherwise interfere with normal play.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
We don't read your submissions in real time; the lobby does. If we receive a report that points to a specific lobby being used for any of the above, we may end that lobby, block the relevant connection, or both. The connection-level metadata described in the privacy policy is the only thing we have to work with.
User content
You keep ownership of the acronym submissions you write. You grant Spergs, LLC the narrow license needed to operate the service: relaying your submission to the other players in your lobby, displaying it during voting, and holding it in memory while the round resolves. We don't republish, archive, or train on your submissions outside that round.
Service availability
AcroZig is in active development. We don't offer a service-level agreement, an uptime guarantee, or a refund policy (because the service is free).
We may roll out changes, take the server down for upgrades, or interrupt active lobbies if we have to. We try to do that off-peak and we publish status during incidents.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Close the tab. Because there's no account, there's nothing for you to delete on our end; see the privacy policy for what little state is involved.
We can block specific connections or end specific lobbies if they're being used to violate these terms or harm other players.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, or that the service will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members, and employees won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by local law.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it; if you don't, you can stop using AcroZig.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by emailing privacy@spergs.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
